- Reliable Performance: The Drager Pac 8500 ensures precise readings under extreme conditions with powerful sensors and a low t-90 response time. It features standard and additional alarm thresholds for TLV®/TWA* and STEL*.
- Data Logging: Equipped with a data and event logger, it logs concentrations and events with date and time. Data can be transferred to a PC or viewed through the Gas Detection Connect system and X-dock stations via a cloud-based asset management system.
- Dual Sensor Option: Convert it to a two-gas device using a dual sensor. It can detect hydrogen sulphide with carbon monoxide or oxygen with carbon monoxide simultaneously, reducing downtime and enhancing efficiency.
- Hydrogen-Compensated CO Sensor: This special sensor significantly reduces cross sensitivity to hydrogen, providing accurate carbon monoxide measurements even in hydrogen-rich environments.
- Robust Design: The device is designed to handle extreme conditions, with sensors tolerating air pressures between 700 and 1,300 mbar. It features a shock-proof, chemical-resistant housing with an IP68 standard rating.
- User-Friendly Operation: The D-Light indicator shows device readiness, and sensor variants are color-coded to minimize errors. The large, backlit, word-free display ensures all values are clearly legible.
- 360° Alarm: It has audible, visual, and vibrating alarms with two bright LEDs and a loud acoustic signal. It also logs peak concentrations and previous alarms.
